  1. Hello, Chasers! As stated with the previous announcement, the rotation and events from the June maintenance have been extended for a while longer! This means that you will have an unusual amount of events active at the same time that is sure to help you pass the time. This update is rather minuscule as we've already addressed most changes/bugs with a couple of updates the past weeks but we will be applying some more later this month. We are working on some big updates behind the scenes that should be of help to several players who experience problems trying to open Grand Chase Madness and much, much more such as an official FPS Fix. However, we have no ETA for when some of these stated updates will arrive but we hope you stay tune for it! Furthermore, our current focus is on new content as we are aware how behind we are when it comes to the competition on custom content and we promise to have many new things out very soon. We have already begun work on a new dungeon and character with the dungeon coming out first to help build the story a bit more before releasing a character/job, the only we can say for now is that the next dungeon is a Hero Dungeon! That is all for now! As always, thank you for your patience! You can find the manual patch for this maintenance from the following sources: New Things Potion Revamp (Updated) (More information below) - We've made further changes on the cool downs of potions based on feedback and what we thought was best for the time being. Activated Events Angry Boss (Event Dungeon) (More information below) GC's Aquatic Dodgeball Games (Mini Game) (More information below) Rocco's Tornado (Mini Game) (More information below) Disabled Events King Slime Land (Event Dungeon) Talin's Revenge (Event Dungeon) Festival of Ultimate Awakenings (General Event) General Changes N/A Character Changes N/A Bug Fixes N/A Coordi Rotation After a lot of discussion and taking into consideration the feedback on the changes to the potion cooldowns, we've decided to decrease the cooldown of most potions down to what we feel are more forgivable timers. Below, you'll find the list of potions that have been modified: HP Potion (S) | Old: 15 second(s) / New: 5 second(s) HP Potion (M) | Old: 15 second(s) / New: 7 second(s) HP Potion (L) | Old: 15 second(s) / New: 10 second(s) HP Potion (X) | Old: 30 second(s) / New: 15 second(s) .. And other health recovery potions | Old: 10 ~ 30 second(s) / New: 5 ~ 20 second(s)(Varies) MP Potion (S) | Old: 15 second(s) / New: 5 second(s) MP Potion (M) | Old: 15 second(s) / New: 7 second(s) MP Potion (L) | Old: 15 second(s) / New: 10 second(s) MP Potion (X) | Old: 30 second(s) / New: 15 second(s) .. And other mana recovery potions | Old: 10 ~ 30 second(s) / New: 5 ~ 20 second(s)(Varies) Mystery Potion (S) | Old: 30 second(s) / New: 10 second(s) Mystery Potion (M) | Old: 30 second(s) / New: 15 second(s) Mystery Potion (L) | Old: 30 second(s) / New: 20 second(s) Mystery Potion (X) | Old: 45 second(s) / New: 25 second(s) .. And other simultaneous recovery potions | Old: 10 ~ 45 second(s) / New: 5 ~ 30 second(s)(Varies) HP Potion 100% | Old: 45 second(s) / New: 20 second(s) Hero's Potion | Old: 60 second(s) / New: 30 second(s) You are now able to view the cool down of a potion by hovering over it in your Inventory. This indicator is only available on selection potions for the time being such as HP/MP/Mystery Potions, HP Potion 100%, Hero's Potion, etc. In the future, we will look into a numerical indicator for potion cool downs while in-game. We felt that touching potions first wasn't necessarily the best step in improving the game, rather we should look at other areas in the game first and make some changes there prior to touching something as delicate as potions. However, we hope these lowered values are much more forgivable than what it was prior to this maintenance and are more acceptable throughout the player base. 2. Hello Chasers! A maintenance is scheduled to take place on 07/16/2019 sometime between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 09:00 p.m. (EDT) that will last an undefined duration. Once the maintenance begins, you will not be able to log onto Grand Chase Madness. The patch notes will be made available after the maintenance. We will also announce 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the maintenance so you have time to finish everything you're doing and log out to avoid a rollback. The purpose of this maintenance will be to do the following: Add Angry Boss to the existing Event Dungeon rotation. Add GC's Aquatic Dodgeball Games and Rocco's Tornado to the existing Mini Game rotation. Add the Announced Gacha Poll Winners to the existing Seal Breaker Gacha rotation. Apply further changes to the cool down of potions. As we have stated previously, since the last maintenance was done a bit later than we've wanted and due to the select events available in that rotation, we've extended its duration a couple more weeks to compensate for tardy update. The said rotation will end sometime at the end of this week/start of the next week! We suggest getting everything you've wanted to do with the previous rotation done this week before it's rotated as they won't be back for a while. We will also be removing the event items from the May update from the Forge and some event materials from the Inventory after this update, so we urge you to use those materials prior to this update. Please note that if we run into any problem that can cause the maintenance to be delayed, we will make a comment in this thread announcing it. - Madness Staff Team
  3. Hello, Chasers! This time around we're applying a couple of quick balance changes to a few character and releasing a minor event for Jin! We also had a couple of bugs to solve that arose from the last patch which we hope are solved now. As a quick reminder, the events that were activated the week prior will be extended appropriately to make up for the overwhelming delay that it took to release the previous patch. So rest assured if you're worried about the events being deactivated in the coming week! We've also extended the amount of time you have to turn in stuff from the previous events a bit more, a treat from us! We're well aware of an unexpected bug that appeared after the previous maintenance that ended up locking the cash skills of most characters. Unfortunately, we are not able to restore the old unlocked skill groups without having to rollback a couple of things we'd rather not. As compensation, we've sent all accounts (15) Skill Keys to their so they can re-unlock anything that was locked. You should still be able to use any of the cash skills you've unlocked as long as it was learned prior to the patch. Thank you all for your feedback and suggestions regarding the change to potion timers! We have taken every single feedback to heart and will consider every single one of them as an influencing factor for our next potion change. Unfortunately, we are not going back to the old timers prior to the patch but we hope to balance some more aspects of the game in the near future to make the high potion cool downs not feel as long nor as bad. We completely understand how many of the players feel with this change and we promise to make changes accordingly to make sure everyone is satisfied. There is no event mission scheduled at this time. This does not mean we will never send one again, in fact we plan to resume this tradition starting again next month with some changes to the mission. The rewards will likely remain the same just with different amount of parts and objectives being available within the mission line to spice things up. We hope this clears some misconceptions regarding the lack of a mission this month. That is all for now, folks! As always, thank you for your patience! You can find the manual patch for this maintenance from the following sources: Activated Events Jin's Overhaul (Extra) (More information below) - This event just adds a bit more to the overhaul's release such as a support box and some Jin celebratory goodies. Disabled Events N/A General Changes The following item(s) are now available in the Forge: - Selectable Fighter's Signboard Chest (Will be removed after the Jin Escort event ends) - Selectable Shisa's Signboard Chest (Will be removed after the Jin Escort event ends) - Selectable Jin's Skill Tree Signboard Chest (Will be removed after the Jin Escort event ends) - Selectable Jin's Printed T-Shirt Chest (Will be removed after the Jin Escort event ends) - Selectable Fighter Mini Doll Box (Will be removed after the Jin Escort event ends) - Selectable Training Gi Costume Chest (Will be removed after the Jin Escort event ends) -Pet Feste Card (Will be removed after Nightmare Circus ends) -Pet Tian Long Card (Will be removed after Moonlight Village ends) -Pet Kumi Card (Will be removed after Moonlight Village ends) -Selectable Crown Star Chest (Will be removed after King Slime Land's grace week is up) -Selectable Olympus' Wing Chest (Will be removed after King Slime Land's grace week is up) Made a tweak to Pet Havoc's attack, Havoc Explosion, and made it so the ring of fire is created further away from the character. Character Changes The following change(s) have been applied to Ryan: - Increased the Dash Jumping speed of Sentinel a little bit to be on par with his other jobs. The following change(s) have been applied to Ronan: - Re-integrated the ability to use Ragna Bolt on Dragon Knight. The following change(s) have been applied to Jin: - Adjusted the speed and responsiveness of the basic combo on Fighter and Shisa in order to make it feel a bit better. - Made a technical change to the first kick of Fighter's secondary combo, [Combo Attack Lv2], in order to get rid of a bug where the first hit tends to sometimes miss completely. - (Dungeon) Removed the ability to enter End of Days while in Fatal, furthermore End of Days is automatically removed upon entering Fatal. - (PVP) Adjusted the stat boost/deduction given by End of Days and Iron Fist. End of Days now gives 20% Attack but -10% Defense and Iron Fist now gives 20% Defense but -10% Attack. - (Explained further in the Jin Overhaul section) Bug Fixes Fixed a bug with Iron Fist where you were able to bring the buff outside of burning. Fixed a bug with End of Days where you were able to bring the buff outside of burning. Fixed a bug with the Rock Paper Scissor coins drop where it did not have the [OK] button. Fixed a bug with the [Event] +30 Bag where it was only giving [10] slots instead of [30]. Fixed a bug with Pet Berkas Jr.'s attack, Hell Flames, where the hit box was erratic and far behind the flame particles. Coordi Rotation N/A Following up from the previous patch, this patch we're simply tweaking some combos to fix up their responsiveness further and modifying a couple of buffs to balance it a tee-bit. We have also included a special limited time event for Jin exclusively that will reward the player for playing and leveling up Jin. More information on this will be at the end of this section. Gameplay Changes We have adjusted the speed and responsiveness of the basic combo on Fighter and Shisa in order to make it chain better. These two combos were already improved with the overhaul but we felt that Shisa's combo primarily was not fluid enough and had some issues when it came to the first attack. We also improved a couple of transition checks on Fighter but the combo will more or less feel the same as it already is. We made a technical change to the first kick of Fighter's secondary combo, Combo Attack Lv2, in order to get rid of a bug where the first hit tends to sometimes miss completely. Skill Changes The following burning buff(s) have received change(s):Iron Fist andEnd of Days - (Dungeon Only) We have removed the ability to enter End of Days while in Fatal, furthermore End of Days is automatically removed upon entering Fatal. - (PvP Only) We have reduced the attack percentage gained while utilizing End of Days from 50% to 20%. - (PvP Only) We have reduced the defense percentage gained while utilizing Iron Fist from 50% to 20% These changes were a bit more on the balancing side of things. The reasoning behind removing the ability to enter End of Days while in Fatal is to balance out the absurd amount of free attack given by End of Days combined with several other factors such as the Extinction's Shade crest which was able to cause heavy bursting, however we also wanted players to strategize and play around both of the modes to sustain themselves, this means if you go into Fatal, you can go into Iron Fist to replenish your Health then go back to End of Days. Forge Exclusives The following item(s) are now available in the Forge: - Selectable Fighter's Signboard Chest - Selectable Shisa's Signboard Chest - Selectable Jin's Skill Tree Signboard Chest - Selectable Jin's Printed T-Shirt Chest - Selectable Fighter Mini Doll Box - Selectable Training Gi Costume Chest Get some goodies and help for leveling up Jin! We have created a Level Up (Support) box for Jin that should help new and existing players alike! This box is very similar to the original Uno Support Box that was released on Grand Chase Madness a couple of years ago except it has been transformed a bit for Jin. This box will remain in your inventory permanently so you can always just keep it stored in your mailbox or on any character for when you decide to open them up on Jin! Upon logging in, check your to find the support box: Jin's Support Box Lv. 1. You can view the box content(s) below: Until Mid July, 2019 Play dungeons and fight alongside Jin! Jin of the Silver Knights has offered his assistance to the Heroes of Aernas! Upon playing a dungeon, you will find Jin himself roaring to go and ready to beat some monsters to a pulp. Fight alongside him to clear the dungeon and be rewarded for keeping him alive! As long as there is an enemy around, Jin will attack and try to kill them alongside you to proceed further into the dungeon. You will encounter Jin in all dungeons but the ones listed below: Wizard's Labyrinth Berkas' Lair Tower of Disappearance Land of Judgment All dungeons in Frost Land All dungeons in Trivia Note: In order to be rewarded you need to be between the level range (- 3, + 3) of the dungeon. This means if you play Partusay's Sea (Normal), in order to receive rewards for clearing the dungeon with Jin alive, you need to be between the level range of (35 ~ 43). For Event and Hero Dungeons this level range requirement does not exist. Upon successfully clearing the dungeon with Jin alive you will have a chance to obtain the following item(s): Any item highlighted in green indicates a 100% drop rate. Upon successfully clearing the dungeon with Jin dead you will have a chance to obtain the following item(s): Any item highlighted in green indicates a 100% drop rate. You are able to receive Traces of the Fighter by clearing dungeons at least 5 levels under or over a dungeon. If you clear a dungeon but do not meet the level range you have a chance to receive Traces of the Fighter at a: 15% chance if clearing a Bermesiah dungeon 30% chance if clearing a Silver Land dungeon 45% chance if clearing an Ellia dungeon 60% chance if clearing an Xenia dungeon 75% chance if clearing an Alcubra dungeon 75% chance if clearing an Event dungeon 80% chance if clearing an Archimedia Dungeon. 100% chance if clearing a Hero Dungeon. This means you have a chance to get more than (1) drop per dungeon if you meet the level range! The following item(s) are now available in the Forge: -Pet Feste Card (Will be removed after Nightmare Circus ends) -Pet Tian Long Card (Will be removed after Moonlight Village ends) -Pet Kumi Card (Will be removed after Moonlight Village ends) -Selectable Crown Star Chest (Will be removed after King Slime Land's grace week is up) -Selectable Olympus' Wing Chest (Will be removed after King Slime Land's grace week is up) These are some items we've been meaning to add into the Forge since there is no event mission this month. The Crown Star and Olympus' Wings are a bit of an extra we've thrown in this time around since King Slime Land's items are still available in the Forge. Made a tweak to Pet Havoc's attack, Havoc Explosion, and made it so the ring of fire is created further away from the character. This tweak was made to allow Havoc users to actually have Havoc's attack land on enemies with more accuracy instead of hoping they hug you for damage. The following change(s) have been applied to Ryan: - Increased the Dash Jumping speed of Sentinel a little bit to be on par with his other jobs. This is just a little fun change made, we hope it helps Sentinel a bit more with getting to places easier. The following change(s) have been applied to Ronan: - Re-integrated the ability to use Ragna Bolt on Dragon Knight. It made no sense to remove Ragna Bolt from Dragon Knight since it's still considered a magical ability and Dragon Knight is still pretty magical. Fixed a bug with Iron Fist where you were able to bring the buff outside of burning. We did not solve this bug completely, rather patched up one method of doing it. Fixed a bug with End of Days where you were able to bring the buff outside of burning. We did not solve this bug completely, rather patched up one method of doing it. Fixed a bug with the Rock Paper Scissor coins drop where it did not have the [OK] button. If you have a bugged version with no OK button prior to this maintenance, go to the Forge => [ETC] Tab and exchange your bugged coin for the new one there. Fixed a bug with the [Event] +30 Bag where it was only giving [10] slots instead of [30]. This was an oversight on our side and we apologize for the inconvenience. Fixed a bug with Pet Berkas Jr.'s attack, Hell Flames, where the hit box was erratic and far behind the flame particles. This fix was applied the previous patch but it ended up getting roll-backed during one patch to fix up a couple of characters, sorry about that! N/A
  4. Hello Chasers! We have enabled a top-up boost event! If you decide to donate, you will find that you will receive 30% VP more than usual (the amount of VP you will receive will be shown on the combo box). Thanks to the gacha rotation and present plus upcoming coordi packages from the upcoming maintenance which will stack with what's available right now, we felt it was appropriate to enable this event in order to allow players to get what they want without having to spend so much cash for it. If you go to http://www.gcmadness.com/ and Log-In, you can access the donation page through the "Donate" button on the navigation bar, there you can select your most suitable payment method and top up some VP. There is currently no planned deadline for this top-up event but it should last about a week or two, Enjoy! The event has now ended. (07/11/2019)
  5. Hello, Chasers! We apologize for the extensive duration of this maintenance! This maintenance involved a lot of complex internal changes that should help improve stability and smoothness of the game as a whole. However, we couldn't get everything tested so if you encounter an unexpected problem then please report it so we can solve it ASAP! We know many will be displeased with the release of this patch due to how late into the month it is and the remaining time left before the next maintenance but rest assured that all the events active here will be extended appropriately to ensure everyone has time to do everything they want. This means these events will carry on into the next rotation so you will have twice as many things to do the coming month. This patch brings in an overhaul for Jin which we have been looking forward to doing for quite a while now. This overhaul aims specifically at improving the fluidity and responsiveness of Jin as a whole, all while giving more to his kit without sacrificing damage. We plan to tweak things as time goes on and we receive feedback and we hope to have this overhaul complete by the end of the month. We have much more planned for characters and our next target rests on Lire, if you have any feedback for what we can do to improve her as a whole then please make a thread in Suggestions & Feedback giving your thoughts. If you have any criticism on the overhaul then please say so in the same section, there will be more information about this overhaul below. Finally, we have decided to approach monthly missions differently. We wanted to integrate more into the mission than just a plain event dungeon run and devotee gathering. As so, there will not be a mission sent out this time around as we work on that--which means this month might or might not have a character slot mission. We apologize if you were expecting a mission and we promise to get one out fast! That is all for now! As always, thank you for your patience! You can find the manual patch for this maintenance from the following sources: New Things Jin's Overhaul (More information below) - We have improved a lot of aspects revolving around Jin. - We plan to make further changes in order to reach our goal of making Jin feel smooth and much more fun to play. Potion Revamp (More information below) - This is a delicate change to the cool downs of most potions in the game. Activated Events Nightmare Circus (Event Dungeon) (More information below) Moonlight Village (Event Dungeon) (More information below) Sphinx's OX Quiz (Mini Game) (More information below) Rock Paper Scissors (Mini Game) (More information below) Disabled Events King Slime Land (Event Dungeon) Talin's Revenge (Event Dungeon) Lime the Queen of Errands (Mini Game) Dice, Dice, Baby (Mini Game) Festival of Ultimate Awakenings (General Event) Gaia's Blessing (Server Event) General Changes The Coordi Fusion Scroll has received a price reduction and now costs 140 VP from 150 VP originally. Furthermore, buying it will now only yield (1) scroll instead of (2). Character Changes When using the Exiled Paladin coordi set, the particles on Nemesis (Saint's 2nd Bar) will receive unique, purple particles. Bug Fixes Fixed an input bug with Ronan's Erudon Mode that caused the (C + ↑) command to not function properly. Fixed an input bug with Abyss Knight that rendered the Soul Blaze technique unusuable. Fixed a bug with Pet Berkas Jr.'s attack, Hell Flames, where the hit box was erratic and far behind the flame particles. Coordi Rotation We have worked hard to get this update out to the community and are excited to present our official overhaul for Jin Kaien! Our intention when approaching this overhaul was to look into and improve the following two things: fluidity and fun factor. We wanted to make Jin a much more fluid character in this season of Grand Chase to put him on par with other characters and bring out the potential within him all while keeping him a fun character to play. We've left Jin with high damage numbers in some areas of his kits intentionally with the goal of only balancing out the damage numbers that we feel are much too much. Furthermore, we have plans to touch upon skills more in the future once we finish sorting out and balancing out the changes made with the overhaul. Remember that this overhaul's purpose is not to BUFF Jin but rather improve him in several departments that cripple him. This is only the beginning for our plans for Jin and we have much more planned for him and many more characters. Below you can read all of the applied changes from the overhaul and the intention behind them. Gameplay Changes We've taken the liberty of speeding up the basic combos of all of Jin's jobs. Following up from that, we've fixed several problems with input check that made some combos a bit hard to chain, this change will be very notable with Rama's basic ZZZZZ combo. We hope these two changes make for a more responsive combo across all of Jin's jobs. We have smoothed out many of Jin's attacks in an effort to increase fluidity and remove the pestering delay that one gets when attacking enemies with specific attacks. Thanks to this change, both Shisa and Asura are incredibly smooth jobs combo-wise and we hope this helps increase their DPS Output and Mana Regeneration from attacking. The duration of Burning Mode has been increased from 6 second(s) to 12 second(s) for Fighter, Asura, and Rama. It has been increased to 14 second(s) for Shisa. We felt that the mode ran out too fast, so we thought, "Why not increase the duration of burning mode a bit"? You can now absorb Chi which will allow you to extend the duration of Burning Mode for a little while longer. This is a nice aesthetic change that we've applied in an effort to allow the player to keep their burning mode on for a little while longer so they don't have to go through the hassle of re-entering burning mode. The amount of Chi gained from attacking varies on the attack, some will recover more or less than other attacks and skills will not regenerate your Chi. Furthermore, the amount absorbed will stack with multiple monsters which will allow you to prolong the mode for a vast amount of time in certain situations. (Dungeon Only) While in Asura's Fighter Mode, the speed of the basic Z combo has been doubled. This change was mostly intended to give some love to this mode without giving too much to it at the same time. The damage has been reduced by 10% in order to balance it out a a bit. Skill Tree Iron Fist andEnd of Days have been moved into the Shared Tab of the Fighter skill tree. It has also been integrated into Shisa, Asura, and Rama's skill tree. We felt that Iron Fist and End of Days belonged to all of Jin's jobs instead of being limited to just Fighter. We made this change in order to allow every job access to these burning buffs and further increase their potential. Kuan Yin Palm has been moved into the Shared Tab of the Fighter skill tree. It has also been integrated into Shisa, Asura, and Rama's skill tree. Kuan Yin Palm is a skill that we too felt should've belonged to all of Jin's jobs instead of being limited to once again, Fighter. This skill allowed Jin to repeat burning utilities (I.E. Storm Fist) much quicker and without delay. We are not too sure how much this will affect the other jobs when in the right hands but we hope this helps make the burning utilities on most if not all his jobs much better to use. A new skill, Iron Fist: Armor Break, has been implemented into the Shared Tab of Fighter, Shisa, Asura, and Rama's skill tree. -Iron Fist: Armor Break Lv1 | (3% Defense Reduction in Dungeons / 2% Defense Reduction in PvP) Iron Fist: Armor Break Lv2 | (6% Defense Reduction in Dungeons / 4% Defense Reduction in PvP) -Iron Fist: Armor Break Lv3 | (9% Defense Reduction in Dungeons / 6% Defense Reduction in PvP) -Iron Fist: Armor Break Lv4 | (12% Defense Reduction in Dungeons / 8% Defense Reduction in PvP) -Iron Fist: Armor Break Lv5 | (15% Defense Reduction in Dungeons / 10% Defense Reduction in PvP) This new skill has been added to introduce a new thing we plan to expand more on later.. burning debuffs! Iron Fist has been seen way less than End of Days due to the little to no benefits that Iron Fist provides. We hope that implementing a debuff that is applied on hit will help give Iron Fist a bit more love and allow for some great strategies revolving around both modes. Skill Changes The following burning buff(s) have received change(s):Iron Fist andEnd of Days: - Both Iron Fist and End of Days now go off whether or not you're in Burning Mode. This means if you exit Burning Mode through any means, the buffs will be deactivated and you can only activate it again once you enter the mode again and use the command to activate either buff. - You can now switch between the modes without having to remove the buff first. Simply press (C ← or C →) while standing still to quickly swap. - (Dungeon Only) You can no longer remove the buff by double pressing (C), instead while the buff is active you can use the command (C ↓) to remove the buff anytime. - (Dungeon Only) The HP Drain on attacks while utilizing Iron Fist has been dropped by 1%. - (Dungeon Only) You are now able to utilize specials while in Iron Fist and End of Days. - (Dungeon Only) You are now able to enter Iron Fist and End of Days while in Fatal. - (PvP Only) If End of Days is active then your basic Z combos all deal an extra hit. The following skill has received change(s): Fists of Heaven & Earth - (Dungeon Only) You will gain the following effect(s) while the buff is active: +25% Attack Increase and +50% Defense Increase. That's all we got for now regarding Jin's overhaul! Besides what's listed above we've also solved a couple of particle-related problems and added some hit effects to certain attacks. We have more planned down the road but we hope this suffices for now! If you have any feedback and/or report about Jin after this update then please make a post in Suggestions & Feedback or Bug Report depending on what you want to report. As part of the release of Jin's Overhaul, you will be able to obtain an exclusive coordi set that you can buy in the K-Ching Shop for 350 VP. Training Gi Coordi Set You are also able to purchase the parts separately in the Coordi Shop with the exception of the weapon for 100 VP per piece. This change is a bit of a controversial one due to its nature and how much Grand Chase revolves around its consumables. But we intend to make up for these restrictions by touching up on other departments of game play in an effort to negate the repercussions given by this change in the near future. Our goal when selecting a cool down for a potion was to aim for something that made sense for the potion, so this meant taking into account what type of potion it is, what it recovers, and how obtainable it is. We'll tweak these numbers as we get feedback until it's perfect, then we'll start looking into other potions such as event ones (except Demons of Yore). Furthermore, we have increased the recovery amount on most potions as an exchange for the cooldown increase, these will be much more notable with the Mystery Potions. Once we get the cue that the cooldowns are perfect, we'll look into allowing potion use in many more dungeons that usually lock them such as Tower of Disappearance, King Slime Land, etc. If all goes as planned, we are looking into putting MP Potions into the GP Shop too! That's all folks! This will be the first step for us in balancing dungeons a bit more and will allow us to get started on making support characters even better plus start revamping the AI for many monsters in the game, we have much, much more planned that involve improving the difficulty of the game and we're excited to show you what's to come. Furthermore, buying it will now only yield (1) scroll instead of (2). - We have plans to create Coordi Fuse Scroll packages in the next coming patches, so we want to prepare for that by removing the [1+1] deal this scroll had which was added due to the lack of packages. When using the Exiled Paladin coordi set, the particles on Nemesis (Saint's 2nd Bar) will receive unique, purple particles. - A bit of an aesthetic change, we got plans to update the particles on Hooded Assassin (Lass' Awakening) and Bloody Witch (Mari's Awakening) in the coming days. We are also working hard on getting out a split version of Dio's Awakening, Burning Canyon, which will be available shortly after it's finished. Fixed an input bug with Ronan's Erudon Mode across all jobs that caused the (C + ↑) command to not function properly. - This is a functionality that was unintentionally removed upon the release of the custom client. Fixed an input bug with Abyss Knight that rendered the Soul Blaze technique unusuable. - This is a functionality that was unintentionally removed upon the release of the custom client. Fixed a bug with Pet Berkas Jr.'s attack, Hell Flames, where the hit box was erratic and far behind the flame particles. - We've been meaning to fix this bug for a while now, hopefully this fix solves it once and for all. Drop Bug

Can you explain? Which type of drop are we referring to? I'll take a look. There is: Chests Result (It shows a window with a slot inside) Once you exit the dungeon, you obtain the reward. Dungeons like Talin's Revenge have [Result] but it doesn't give you anything as we added nothing to it.

    Bug Report!!!!

We already have a built-in anti cheat so it's not necessary. We'll take a look at the earring and see what comes up, thanks for the report!
  8. I mean, it's POSSIBLE and I do like it, it's just like.. Okay, I took a sip of this potion and you just hand it over casually to your pet? XD If we do a Do-It-All Potion I'd love to see it as part of some event instead of it being acquirable so easily because god damn would it be strong, especially with the coming changes. Else make it cost a loooooot in the Points Shop, etc. But I really love these ideas, Potions in this game were always a nuisance.
  9. Good idea! Maybe we'll take these into consideration and implement it, however we probably won't do the HP/MP/Pet Regen at the same time as it doesn't make much sense, it's better to just make a singular pet consumable, which is something GC seems to lack and I will actually be trying to do. Also, we'll be balancing potion cool downs in the future so perhaps try to integrate some pseudo cool downs. The better the potion, the higher the cool down--this helps make the process much better.

    Crests getting the mathematics wrong...

Yeahhh.. the math on crests have always been bizarre, they're never accurate and I've noticed this too while revamping the properties on some of them a while back. We have to look at the formula later.

    Card Count Von Bacchantes

This is quite the visual issue on KoGs side, we plan to fix it around the next maintenance.

Bug! Can't get VP after 30 minutes! ><

The daily VP claim through attendance was something we been wanting to get away from as it caused MORE problems than you would think. Please understand that this system is new and we're still working on it--and to clarify: we are not changing it back to attendance. Right now, if you wait an hour you cannot claim but once the minutes hit (30) you are able to claim just fine so even if you're on for five hours, unless it's 05:30:00 you cannot claim, this is a minor time bug that won't matter starting the upcoming maintenance as we are going to be removing the time limit before you can claim and allow you to claim your VP right off the bat upon logging in. With today's patch, you can claim VP without waiting, this should solve your issue.
  13. Hello, Chasers! We hope you have been doing well! We've decided to have a quick patch today in order to address a couple of long-standing bugs with Uno and apply a couple of changes we've been meaning to do so for a while now. We meant to look into changing the reward pool up a bit this month but ran into a couple of complexities that barred us from doing that for now so we'll focus on the reward pool changes for next month's events. The new VP Claim system has proved to be a rather troublesome system when it came to claiming because of incompatibilities it has with the attendance timer, as so we've decided to remove this timer and allow you to claim right off the bat upon logging on! It is currently unknown if this will remain a permanent change but we will most likely not be returning to the time-restricted claiming that we used to have, we hope you enjoy these changes! Furthermore, we've been working hard on giving Jin a well needed refresh and improving his game play in several departments in order to make him a more viable character in Season V. We are currently planning to release our Jin changes starting the next maintenance, so all Jin mains should keep an eye out for when these changes make it to live! Once these changes are out and we are positive that the refresh meets the standards, we will move on to giving other characters a well needed refresh such as Lire. There is a lot to come in 2019 for Grand Chase Madness and we plan to release our official custom dungeon in the coming couple of months! We thank you for your wait! You can read today's patch notes below: You can find the manual patch for this maintenance from the following sources: Activated Events N/A Disabled Events Easter Egg Hunt (Server Event) Gift Shop (Mini Game) General Changes The following changes have been applied to King Slime Land: - The Defender Slime(s) (Blue) have received a reduction in their chance to use Poison Mist. - The Justicar Slime (Orange) has received a nerf to its hit rate in Fire Cloak and has had its damage reduced by 20%. - The time before the dungeon ends after clearing the final stage has been increased. The following changes have been applied to Lime the Queen of Errands: - Increased the chance of acquiring 1x Mini Game Devotee Ticket by 5% for any amount of errands completed. - Increased the chance of acquiring 1x Mini Game Devotee Ticket by 1% for completing 9/9 errands. The following changes have been applied to Dice, Dice, Baby: - You are now able to accumulate an infinite amount of rolls per day. - You are now able to roll an infinite amount of times per day. - You are now able to acquire Dice Coins from clearing Hero and Event dungeons You can now claim your Daily VP upon logging on without having to wait 30 minutes! The existing awakening sets have been transformed into relic coordi with relic properties with the exception of Dio. If you have already bought an awakening set and did not fuse it, you will have the relic version. - With an exception to Dio who we are working on getting a split version of the set released. Once released, you can exchange your existing Dio awakening for the new version. Character Changes N/A Bug Fixes Fixed a bug with Uno's Bloody Soul Earrings where the effect was not activating at all. Fixed a bug with Bloodless' (Uno's 1st) Blood Flower (4th Special) where the aura damage was disappearing near the start of the transformation. Fixed a bug with Moon Child's attack, Crescent Boomerang, where it was not available in the GP Shop. Coordi Rotation The following changes have been applied to King Slime Land: - The Defender Slime(s) (Blue) have received a reduction in their rate to use Poison Mist. - The Justicar Slime (Orange) has received a nerf to its hit rate in Fire Cloak and has had its damage reduced by 20%. - The time before the dungeon ends after clearing the final stage has been increased. - These are some minor balance changes we've applied to make the dungeon less of an annoyance. We have a lot of changes planned but unfortunately could not get to them this month. - This is an attempt to make the Mini Game Devotee Tickets farm less of a painful one. :') The following changes have been applied to Dice, Dice, Baby: - You are now able to accumulate an infinite amount of rolls per day. - You are now able to roll an infinite amount of times per day. - You are now able to acquire Dice Coins from clearing Hero and Event dungeons. - We are fully aware of the mini game bugging for a lot of players where their rolls cap at (5). This is something we plan to look into at a later date but for now you can acquire the coins from attendance and dungeon drops. You can view the drop table above. You can now claim your Daily VP upon logging on without having to wait 30 minutes! - This should resolve most bugs involving the timers, it also helps those with multiple accounts. Enjoy! The existing awakening sets have been transformed into relic coordi with relic properties with the exception of Dio. If you have already bought an awakening set and did not fuse it, you will have the relic version. - With an exception to Dio who we are working on getting a split version of the set released. Once released, you can exchange your existing Dio awakening into the new version. - This change should be quite welcomed for the majority of the player base as awakening sets have quite the steep cost for a(n) epic coordi set. Fixed a bug with Uno's Bloody Soul Earrings where the effect was not activating at all. Fixed a bug with Uno's Blood Flower ([Bloodless] 4th Special) where the aura damage was disappearing near the start of the transformation. Fixed a bug with Moon Child's attack, Crescent Boomerang, where it was not available in the GP Shop. Angry Boss (Event Dungeon)| Removed Item(s): None Hungry Pets' Revolt (Event Dungeon) | Removed Item(s): Gold Coin Easter Egg Hunt (Server Event) | Forge Items remain for an extra week to allow players to use their event items. Machinations of the Eclipse (Mini Game) | Removed Item(s): Dark Acolyte Orb Gift Shop (Mini Game) | Removed Item(s): Gold Coin
  14. It does actually, it makes it quite better. But I got no plans to touch MP Recovery for now, I'm just removing some hit stuns then balancing based on what I see and feedback.
